If the refill button no longer appears in your orders dashboard, you can open a ticket to assistance by providing the order number to request a manual refill.

How to change my recovery email?

To change your recovery email, navigate to your account settings and select "Change Password". From there, you can update your recovery email address to ensure you receive assistance when needed.

What to do if I forgot my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset your password.

Can I withdraw the funds previously deposited on the site balance?

All the funds deposited on the site can only be used and exclusively to purchase services from our panel, it is not possible to request their withdrawal or reimbursement

I would like to receive a tax receipt for the services purchased, how can I do?

If you wish to receive a tax receipt, contact our customer support and we will make you a receipt equal to the amount spent. Receptions may be requested within a maximum of 15 days from the time of the funds filing.

I bought a service but I changed my mind and I would like it to be canceled and revoked, how can I do?

I bought a service without refill but the interactions have come down, can I have a refund or recovery?

By purchasing a service without refill, assistance cannot issue any free recovery or reimbursement
